Return, Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wrapsey, we are committed to delivering premium-quality oversized T-shirts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your T-shirt must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be in the same condition as received.

Return requests may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, damage, or if the tags have been removed.

Products purchased during special sale events, clearance sales, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

If reverse pickup is not available for your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address shared by Wrapsey. Courier charges of up to ₹120 will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid shipping receipt.

Size Exchange

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters.

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

Exchanges are available only for size changes, subject to stock availability.
We do not offer exchanges for colour preference, design preference, or change of mind.
The exchanged T-shirt will be shipped only after the original product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment.

Wrapsey may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns. Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected pin codes.

A nominal COD handling fee may apply on certain orders. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Refund Policy

Once the returned T-shirt is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, eligible refunds will be processed.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer after collecting the required payment details.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

Wrapsey reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.

For any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund-related queries, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and registered email address or mobile number. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Yes. T-shirts purchased during Clearance Sales, Flash Sales, or Special Promotional Offers may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review the product details carefully before placing your order. If an item is marked as Final Sale, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, size preference, or any other personal preference.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong T-shirt, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos of the product. We'll review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

We process all orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via Email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Please note that delivery timelines may be slightly affected during festivals, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

We work with trusted manufacturing partners who follow high-quality production standards to ensure every T-shirt delivers premium comfort, durability, and a perfect fit. Each product undergoes quality checks before it is packed and shipped to you.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
